If you received incorrect or defective item(s), Contact Us, select "Incorrect/Defective Item(s)", enter order # and details of what was received. A reply with additional instructions and remedy will be provided promptly.
You may return your item(s) within 90 days of the shipment date. They must be in unused and resalable condition including original tags and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and we recommend you ship the item(s) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Please fill out the Back of Packing Slip that was included with your order and include it when returning your item(s). If this Packing Slip has been misplaced, Re-Print Return Form and follow instructions. You may use the return addressed label that is included on the Packing Slip to return your item(s).
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued for the items returned within 10 business days. Original Shipping Charges and Return Shipping Charges are non-refundable. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been processed.
If item(s) returned have been used, show wear or are not eligible for resale, the item(s) will be shipped back to the address of record and a refund will not be processed. Other item(s) which are not eligible for Return are Event Merchandise (eg: Super Bowl, World Series, etc.), Dated Merchandise (eg: 2015 Champions, 5-Time Champs), Custom Orders (eg: House Divided, Oversized, and Personalized), Media Orders, and Event Planning Orders.
Due to the changing stock and availability of our items, we Do Not Accept Exchanges. Please order your desired item(s) via our websites and return the unwanted item(s) as described above.

State Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within areas of the United States where we have a business presence or we have determined sales taxes are applicable. The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. State Sales Taxes are refunded for returned items. Please see our checkout page to determine if sales taxes are applicable in your state
If sales tax is being collected and you are a Tax Exempt customer, please Register as a New Member. After successful registration, please email your Tax Exempt Certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org and your account will be activated for tax exempt purchases. Please use an available Payment Method as described above.
Average delivery is 3 to 8 days (M-F) after order placement.
Standard Shipping Rates
$5.50 for order totals between $0.00 and $60.00
$7.35 for order totals between $60.00 and $100.00
$9.45 for order totals between $100.00 and $150.00
$11.95 for order totals over $150.00
P.O. Box and APO/FPO shipping addresses are accepted with Standard Shipping and shipped USPS.
